Job Description

We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Specialist (GUI) to design and implement intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly graphical interfaces for enterprise software applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in user experience design, graphical interface development, usability analysis, prototyping, and SharePoint-based solutions. The successful applicant will work closely with business stakeholders, users, and software development teams to translate business and technical requirements into effective user interface designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document user experience and business requirements.
• Translate business, user, and technical requirements into graphical user interface (GUI) designs.
• Design and develop graphical mock-ups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Analyse and improve application usability and overall user experience.
• Design and implement GUI components using HTML5 technologies.
• Develop and maintain GUI standards, guidelines, and related policies.
• Test software interfaces for compliance with GUI standards and usability requirements.
• Balance user experience and interface usability with technical limitations.
• Collaborate with developers to clarify interface requirements and implementation constraints.
• Prepare graphical elements for project documentation, presentations, and related materials.
• Use appropriate design and prototyping tools to support the design process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant IT professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant project or similar UX/UI position.
• Experience designing graphical user interfaces for at least 3 Rich Internet Applications (RIA), desktop applications, or mobile applications.
• Strong expertise in graphical design for software applications.
• Proven experience gathering and analysing UX requirements.
• Expertise in usability analysis, user experience design, and interface ergonomics.
• Experience developing graphical mock-ups and interactive user interface prototypes.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5-based GUI development.
• Good knowledge of SharePoint and SharePoint-specific tools.
• Experience preparing mock-ups and graphical interfaces.
• Knowledge of design and prototyping tools such as Balsamiq, InVision, UXPin, Framer.js, or equivalent alternatives.
• Understanding of software development technologies and their limitations.
• Excellent communication, documentation, collaboration, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work across different technologies and platforms.

Education and Language Requirements

• Minimum education level: Level 6.
• An ICT-related degree is not mandatory.
• English proficiency at CEFR C1 level or higher is required.

Contract Details

• Initial contract duration: 12 months.
• Potential extensions may be available, subject to project requirements.
• The assignment requires near-site service provision.
• The anticipated workload is full-time.
