Team Coordination (10 years' experience): Leads and motivates technical teams (developers, testers, analysts), ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Plans, organizes, and tracks projects to meet established deadlines and objectives. Application Management (10 years' experience): Oversees the application lifecycle (development, integration, maintenance) and ensures performance and quality. Anticipates risks, manages issues, and implements solutions to ensure service continuity. Liaison between Business and IT (10 years' experience): Translates business needs into technical solutions and provides clear reporting to stakeholders. Project Management and Tool Proficiency (10 years' experience): Uses Agile/DevOps methodologies, process modeling (UML, flowcharts, BPMN), and documentation production. Proficiency in Dutch and French (spoken and written).
