About the role
You will join our recruitment team in Brussels and help clients hire developers, engineers and IT specialists, both permanent and on contract. You work closely with our own engineers, who help you assess candidates.
What you will do
Understand exactly what each client needs.
Search for and approach the right candidates.
Interview and assess candidates with our technical colleagues.
Guide candidates through the whole process, honestly and quickly.
Keep your pipeline and our records up to date.
What we are looking for
At least two years of experience in recruitment, ideally in IT.
Curiosity about technology and technical profiles.
Excellent English and French or Dutch.
Organised, persuasive and honest.
Nice to have
Agency recruitment experience.
A network in the Belgian tech scene.
