Software Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level full-stack applications.

• Lead and guide development teams and provide technical mentoring.

• Translate business and technical requirements into software designs and solutions.

• Develop and integrate frontend interfaces with backend services, APIs, and databases.

• Design and implement microservices and micro-frontend architectures.

• Optimize application performance, security, scalability, and code quality.

• Establish software development standards and best practices.

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.

• Estimate development effort, timelines, and technical requirements.

• Participate in requirements analysis, testing, quality assurance, and deployment.

• Manage software configuration, releases, and change management.

• Develop automated and unit tests and support continuous integration and delivery.

• Provide second- and third-line technical support.

• Prototype and propose innovative technical solutions to business and technical challenges.

Required Technical Skills:

• Strong experience as a Senior Full-Stack Developer or Lead Developer.

• Frontend development: Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, NgRx, CSS/SCSS.

• Backend development: Node.js, NestJS, and/or other JavaScript frameworks.

• Experience with .NET and C#.

• Knowledge of microservices and micro-frontend architectures.

• Strong understanding of object-oriented and functional programming design patterns.

• Experience with relational and non-relational databases, particularly Microsoft SQL Server.

• Knowledge of GraphQL and API integration.

• Experience developing automated tests and unit tests.

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps.

• Knowledge of container-based environments such as OpenShift.

• Understanding of UML, application architecture, and Scrum/Agile methodologies.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum Level 6 education (Bachelor's degree or equivalent); an ICT-related degree is not mandatory.

• Minimum 6 years of IT professional experience.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

• English proficiency at B2 level or above.

• At least one advanced-level certification in a software development technology domain or an internationally recognized equivalent certification, subject to client acceptance.

• Ability to obtain CONFIDENTIEL UE / EU CONFIDENTIAL Personal Security Clearance. The security screening process must be initiated within the first 45 days of the assignment.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience managing at least one complete software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.

• Proven expertise in developing enterprise-level software systems.

• Ability to design applications using UML.

• Strong understanding of data, business logic, and presentation layers.

• Experience working in Scrum development teams.

• Technical leadership and team mentoring capabilities.

• Excellent problem-solving and technical documentation skills.
