Senior Business Analyst

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in translating business needs into clear IT solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.

What you'll do

• Collect and structure business requirements into ready-to-analyse documents

• Validate requirements with stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment

• Prepare project documents to secure IT approval using standard methodologies

• Collaborate with client services to assess impacts on upstream and downstream applications

• Coordinate with IT to ensure smooth implementation of requirements

• Organize steering committees for project governance

• Prepare and review test cases to validate solution implementation

What you bring

• Master’s degree or 7 years of relevant experience

• 7 years of experience in business analysis

• Experience on at least 3 business analysis projects

• Proficiency in English (B2/C1)

• Ability to work on-site in Luxembourg

Nice to have

• Proficiency in French (B2)

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Banking industry
