Solution Architect for SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors systems, advising the HR Business Relationship Manager (BRM) on the following topics: - Integration with other systems (BTP technology) - SuccessFactors extensibility - SAP HCM extensibility, specifically the design of Fiori applications - IAM
Techskills
Proficiency in Dutch or French (C1: advanced/complex mastery); proficiency in the other national language (French or Dutch) (B2: upper-intermediate level); proficiency in English—reading, writing, and comprehension (C1: advanced/complex mastery); experience as a Solution Architect for SAP HCM solutions (SuccessFactors and SAP HCM) (L3: at least 5 years of experience); experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (L3: at least 5 years of experience); experience with SAP SuccessFactors extensions (L3: at least 5 years of experience); experience in designing Fiori applications, with a focus on user experience (L3: at least 5 years of experience); experience in an S/4HANA environment (migration) (L3: at least 5 years of experience); experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Service Center (L3: at least 5 years of experience); experience with IAM configuration (L3: at least 5 years of experience); experience with SuccessFactors WorkZone (L3: at least 5 years of experience); expertise in configuring the SAP Fiori Launchpad (L3: at least 5 years of experience).
