About the role
You will join one of our engineering teams in Brussels, building and running the backend services behind business-critical applications for our clients. You work closely with product owners and architects, and you have a real say in how things are built.
What you will do
Design, build and maintain services in Java and Spring Boot.
Design clean REST APIs and integrate with internal and external systems.
Review code, write tests and keep the codebase in good shape.
Take part in technical decisions and help less experienced colleagues grow.
What we are looking for
At least five years of professional experience with Java.
Solid knowledge of Spring Boot, relational databases and REST.
Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
Good English; French or Dutch is a plus.
Nice to have
Event-driven systems with Kafka or similar.
Docker, Kubernetes and a cloud platform such as Azure or AWS.
